Extra Space Storage – Humble, Texas

This project involved the construction of two buildings for Extra Space Storage, each featuring a 26,500 SF reinforced slab-on-grade foundation to support long-term structural performance and storage operations. Site development included 36,210 SF of 7-inch concrete paving for drive lanes, designed to accommodate frequent vehicular traffic with enhanced durability. In addition, our team completed targeted concrete repairs to the existing access pavement, improving site connectivity and overall usability. This project reflects our expertise in delivering high-quality concrete solutions for commercial storage facilities with a strong focus on precision, performance, and long-term value.
