Extra Space Storage – Corpus Christi, Texas

This project involved the construction of a 41,450 SF reinforced elevated deck slab as part of the transformation of an existing educational facility into a modern storage center. The scope also included repouring sections of the existing building and constructing two elevator pits to support the new use. Working within an active structural retrofit, our team at Progressive Concrete played a key role in coordinating with multiple vendors to ensure the successful placement of the elevated slab. This included executing complex logistics such as cutting roof openings to enable efficient concrete pumping operations. The project showcases our ability to deliver structural concrete solutions in challenging renovation environments, with a strong emphasis on precision, coordination, and technical expertise.
