Chase Bank – Katy, Texas

Our team completed the concrete scope for the Chase Bank project located in Katy, Texas. The work included a 3,350 SF slab-on-grade foundation and over 2,600 SF of perimeter sidewalk. Additional paving consisted of 4,831 SF of 5-inch concrete, 15,250 SF of 6-inch paving, and 925 SF of 7-inch reinforced concrete at the dumpster area. We also installed concrete footings for light poles and protective steel bollards. The project was delivered under a tight schedule while maintaining high quality standards. This project was designed to meet LEED certification requirements, and our team ensured full compliance with sustainability goals. We utilized low embodied carbon concrete and adhered to construction practices that reduce global warming impacts. Our contribution supported the project team in successfully achieving LEED certification at completion—demonstrating our commitment to environmentally responsible construction.
