This project involved the construction of a a 10,000 SF front addition and a 5,000 SF rear addition to expand the facility.
The work included straight-shaft drilled piers through rock to support the new structures, as well as concrete repairs throughout the existing parking lot. Several interior night pours were performed to accommodate refrigeration and plumbing repairs without interrupting operations. Interior scope also included the installation of linear concrete curbs, cooler slabs, housekeeping pads, and insulated freezer slabs, which incorporated high R-value insulation boards to meet thermal performance requirements.
This project demonstrates our ability to execute complex structural and specialty concrete work within an active commercial site, coordinating efficiently to meet both technical and scheduling demands.
