KFC – Fort Woth, Texas

This project involved the full concrete package for the new Jiffy Lube facility in Bee Cave, Texas, including a below-grade basement slab and a 12-inch thick reinforced concrete basement retaining wall. To ensure long-term protection and performance, our team installed a comprehensive waterproofing system using Hydroduct® 220 drainage composite and Bituthene® 3000 waterproofing membrane. This system was specifically engineered to act as a barrier against water, moisture, and gas—physically isolating the structure from the surrounding substrate. Above-grade construction included a reinforced slab-on-grade and elevated deck. Site development featured 15,000 SF of 6-inch concrete paving for primary circulation areas and an additional 3,000 SF of 6-inch paving. The project also included installation of light pole bases and a heavy-duty dumpster pad, delivering a complete site-ready solution. This project demonstrates our expertise in structural, architectural, and specialty waterproofed concrete systems—executed under stringent technical standards and coordination requirements.
