Swig – Houston TX

This project involved the full concrete scope for a new SWIG location in Houston, Texas, including the construction of a reinforced slab-on-grade supported by perimeter stem walls and accompanied by sidewalks for customer access and circulation. Site development featured 18000 SF of 5-inch concrete paving for parking areas, 2,000 SF of 6-inch paving for drive lanes, and 7-inch heavy-duty paving at the dumpster area. Our team also installed light pole bases and footings for various structural elements throughout the site, including supports for shade structures and signage. This project highlights our ability to execute technically sound, high-quality concrete work tailored to the fast-paced demands of branded retail construction.
