Stay APT – Port Arthur TX

This project involved the construction of a 35,000 SF post-tensioned slab foundation for the new Stay Apt Suites in Port Arthur, Texas, along with sidewalk installation to support guest access and site circulation. Site development included 45,000 SF of 5-inch concrete paving for parking areas, 12,000 SF of 6-inch paving for drive lanes, and 7-inch heavy-duty paving at the dumpster enclosure. The building scope also included a cast-in-place elevator pit, interior walkways, and decorative concrete in the courtyards, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal. Our team also installed a transformer pad and light pole bases to complete the electrical and site infrastructure. This project reflects our expertise in executing technically complex, multi-scope concrete work—delivering performance, durability, and architectural finish in a hospitality setting.
