Scooters Coffee – Leander, Texas

This project involved the construction of an 819 SF reinforced slab-on-grade for a new Scooter’s Coffee location in Leander, Texas, along with 525 SF of sidewalk. Site development included 5-inch concrete paving for parking areas, 11,680 SF of 6-inch paving for drive lanes, and 7-inch heavy-duty paving at the dumpster area. Our scope also included concrete foundations for light poles, providing a complete and functional site package. Despite the compact building footprint, the project demanded careful coordination to deliver high-performance concrete work within a fast-paced construction schedule—reflecting our ability to support national brands with consistent quality and efficiency.
