P. Terry’s – Spring, Texas

We completed the full concrete scope for the P. Terry’s Restaurant located in Spring, Texas, which included a 1,650 SF reinforced slab-on-grade building foundation and 3,287 SF of surrounding sidewalks. Site development featured 18,516 SF of 6-inch concrete paving for parking areas and 807 SF of 7-inch paving for the dumpster pad. Our scope also included equipment pads, canopy footings, and footings for steel awnings in the drive-thru area, supporting key structural and architectural components. This project highlights our ability to deliver durable, high-quality concrete work with precision and efficiency—meeting aggressive schedule requirements and the performance standards expected on high-volume retail developments.
